What difficulty level do you play on 2k11?

I play on All-Star. I just changed it 3 games ago and i lost all 3 games. It's so BS. The most unexpected players make fade away 25 footers. In My Player when i get subbed out of the game, i come back like 1 quarter later and we're losing by 20.
