How tall can i be and am i tall for my age.?.?.?.?

I'm 13 5'6.5. And I feel short for some reason my moms side of the family has three. 6' footers the tallest is 6'3 the shortest of my moms family is 5'9 of guys but my dads side is preety short with one 6 footer but everyone allways tells me that I'm going to be tall because I'm only 13 can they be right
