I'm short and disproportionate. Is there any hope for growing taller?

I'm 18 and 5' 8". My parents are both 5' 6" but my mom's side has some 6 footers. When I was born the doctor saw my long arms and said I was going to be 6 ft. When I bend my knees I hear a crack, which some people say is the cartilage thing still forming. The head usually is 1/8th of the body but my head is like 1/5th of my body. I'm tired of being some weird looking guy =( Can I grow any taller?
