My female dog pays ungodly attention to her nether-regions. Is there such thing as doggy vagisil?

We took her into the vet and they said that nothing was wrong with her. I was wondering if there is anything that we can do to wipe out down there so it stops itching or whatever.. she CONSTANTLY is licking her 'area' and we can not find out what is wrong. Just want to know if we can wash it out such as like a doggy douch or something. And please DEAR GOD don't give me a stupid answer.... such as: no you stupid f*&ker... i mean honestly... i've had that way too many times... thank you for your time :)
