Tank mates for Zebra Danios?

I'm going to get some tank mates for my zebra danios soon, but I'm unsure what to get. I have a 20 gallon freshwater aquarium with 5 zebra danios already. I want some fish that stay about in the middle of the tank, because my zebra danios seem to like the upper and the middle regions of the tank. I heard that some fish can't handle how active the Danios are and get stressed out, so I'm a little worried about that. Please don't suggest Cory Cats, I love them, but not for this tank in particular. Thanks in advance! All suggestions are loved and welcomed!

I'm a 17 year old senior who is going to be throwing in college at this point. I am 6'1" and anround 240 lb, but im trying to lose fat and replace it with muscle. Around 220 is my goal for weight. I threw 140 sophomore year (when i was still 15) but i havent improved much since. I throw 140s-150s pretty consistently, but at my last meet i opened up with a 163 footer that i toe fouled :/ (they measured it anyways though, just didnt count it). Even though my season is over, I am still going to work with my coach and throw, and my goal is to be at around 170 consistently, hopefully 180 before the summer is out. However I need some guidance in order to do that, and my coach doesnt have too many answers. Can i have some tips for lifts i should do? I want to heavily increase my explosive strength, especially my "pull" in the discus throw. Also any tips for form would be welcome. My consistent problems seem to be that I come off a very narrow base, my disc doesnt have a whole lot of flight or height for that matter, and although my steps for the spin are pretty consistently good, I dont really "attack" the throw at the end, and as a result my throws dont have as much velocity as I'd like. I would REALLY REALLY REALLY love some constructive tips/guidance on how to achieve this goal. Any experts on the matter are welcome. Thanks!

Why did people enjoy Borderlands?

I'm not trying to insult anyone that actually enjoyed this game nor am I trying to insult its producers, it was just hard for me to get into it for more than an hour at a time. For starters, what was up with the graphics? I suppose they tried to make it look like a comic book or something to add to its comedic nature, it just didn't seem like a good idea to me though. Secondly, the plot. Aside from the fact that throughout the game you're playing in a region that you have practically no knowledge of regarding its history (thus making it difficult to embrace) your entire game experience consists of you being manipulated by a satellite and going after a vault that you know nothing about: the fact that there was a monster in it was also a horrible let down. Thirdly, aside from quests, was there really anything to do? I enjoyed Fallout because, while there are plenty of quests, they don't restrict you to doing them constantly nor do they restrict you to confined and segregated areas; it actually allowed you to explore a vast area, not just dinky villages. Fourth, the mixing of genres. To me, this game was an amalgamation of an FPS with a bit of dark comedy with just a tad of RPG mixed in; they would have been better off just keeping it as an RPG in my opinion. Not that this is a major issue, but the fact that everywhere you went there was porn was incredibly distracting to me. Also, why were vehicles even needed? If anything I believe Fallout should have had vehicles to get around in, it's not like there are many open areas in this game that require extensive navigating. The only good thing I found about this game were the character abilities: most of the weapons were certainly nothing special.

Well I don't know how you "stream" from a DVD playing on your computer to the ps3, but here's what I do. I use a program called "PS3 media server" and I use it to stream .avi files, or just about any other movie file that I have on my computer to my ps3. Just google it and it doesn't take much setup, just download it onto your pc, and make sure your ps3 and pc are on the same wifi network, and your ps3 can find it and access most movie files stored on your pc.

I've been having chronic headaches all day, every day. Normally the pain isn't so bad and I can deal with it but sometimes usually once every 2-3 days, I'll have a severe headache in which I can't open my eyes, can't think properly and I feel like throwing up, it's a lot of pain, I got stabbed once and it's equivalent to that amount of pain. Tylenol didn't do jack but Advil worked wonders for the small minor headaches but nothing for the major ones. I know it's not a tumor because it's been happening for a while and my whole head hurts instead of one specific region. Can i put an intex ultra frame pool on a clean concrete slab that has a slight 6"grade?

I am wanting to buy (very soon) the 24'x12'x52" intex ultra frame pool. The only place for us to put it will be on a solid, uncracked, smooth, clean, flat concrete slab. However the slab has a gradual grade to it. I measured this afternoon and it appears to be about 6 inch difference from one end to the other. Assuming the pool would be filled to 90percent capacity, one end would be at 50" and the other at about 43-44". I actually like the idea of having a shallower end. I know the company says LEVEL but you never know if it is to cover liabilities or it is really necessary. Has anyone out there done this? What are some suggestions for making it level? Honestly I really just want to get this pool up, my husband is deployed and we just moved to North Carolina and it is hot here! I thought of layering carpet padding (which would take a lot) under the pool............ Then how do I raise the "footers" so they are at the equal grade if I went with this carpet padding method? We will have this up for 3 summers, so will it really be put under a lot of stress? Please no hypotheticals or calling me stupid, I need actual accounts and experiences. For 2 months I've had loose, flabby and dry skin all over my belly for 2 months, and it doesn't go away?

Any suggestions. Here's a bit more detail. I have not lost weight, nor lost fat/muscle. I've had pretty much the same weight/fat percentage for a very long time, 6 months. If I've lost any weight it was like a pound or two. What caused the loose skin was a weird encounter at the pool. I went for a swim, but I decided to rest and I happened to be close to a pipe, with a pretty strong steam of water coming out of it, so I decided to massage my entire belly region with the stream, especially around my belly button. The massage felt so nice, lasted about 2 minutes. When I came out of the pool, my belly skin was literally hanging LOOSE. It's been 2 Months now, and there's no imporvement, there's loose, very flabby, and dry skin over my whole abdominals and it doesn't seem to go away at all. I've tried all kinds of lotions, but with no success. Even when im walking, the skin feels extremely loose and sensitive. My body fat is pretty low,, I'm wondering what to do to fix this problem. Hi, I am from India. I got a new connection recently and I have not been able to access websites specific to region like www.gaana.com. The website is specific to Indian IP only and cannot access the website because websites detect I am from Sydney. ip2location.com traces my IP to the correct location in India but the website locate me to the wrong Australian websites. For example if I open www.yahoo.com I am transferred to Australia homepage. Even while doing a speed test I am given Australia servers to choose from by default based on nearest to my location setting. I do not have a static IP and I cannot get one because I need to pay extra for that. Please help. My internet provider does not believe me and always does ip2location to prove me wrong.

Last year i had a large 10cm cyst removed whilst pregnant. when my baby was 8 weeks old i started having a dull ache in my pelvic region i got refered to my gynocologict and had scan which was clear. I put it down to my op whilst pregnant etc. But in may the pain got worse again this time i am waiting on a lamperoscopy. Last week i was admitted to hospital as the pain was unbearable i had a scan and discovered i have a small cyst 4cm on ovary but was told this wasnt the case of the pain and to wait on the surgery. That was saturday the pain is not as bad but still painful, my tummy looks like i am 5 months pregnant this has only been since sat night. Now i have started having bloody clots. Feel doctors just keep telling me to wait on the srgery. but i am worried now and in pain.
